Tina Lee	Returns for a third year as Lifegate’s principal and her four year on the school faculty. Besides her duties as principal, she will be leading an elementary and middle school gospel choir at Lifegate this year. Mrs. Lee has an Associate Degree in Mortuary Science from San Antonio College, Bachelor of Arts degree from Our Lady of the Lake University, and a Master of Education degree from Southwest Texas State University. Mrs. Lee also taught management and medical technology courses at San Antonio College and elementary and middle school classes at Southeast Christian Academy in Columbus, Ohio. Mrs. Lee has been selected to be a Commissioner of the International Christian Accrediting Association (ICAA), which accredits Christian Schools worldwide, including Lifegate Christian School. She is also on the ICAA task force which is in the process of creating policies to to improve student performance. She is also a licensed embalmer and funeral director in the states of Texas and Ohio. Mrs. Lee also serves as the COO of Greater Rehoboth Temple Bible Fellowship Ministries. She is married to Pastor Elfreddie Lee, Jr. and have three grown children—two daughters, a son, one granddaughter. Mrs. Lee also serves as the chairman of the Lifegate Christian School Education Committee. "Lifegate’s teachers are recognized by our parents and our accrediting body as exceptional educators and examples of good Christian character," said Principal Tina Lee. "Our standardized test scores show that our students perform one to two grade levels above their peers."
Beth Baitz	Our secretary and bookkeeper for Lifegate Church and School. Her talents in the office help make Lifegate work every day! After 15 years in the printing business, Beth returned to Lifegate four years ago. She is a native of Vermont and has been married to Tim Baitz for 18 years. Both are members of Lifegate Church.
Mary Gates	Mary Gates was born and raised in Lyford, Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley, and has been a resident of Seguin for 16 years. She is an active member of Lifegate Christian Church and of the Ladies' Bible Study. Mary and her late husband Dick, were blessed with three children who have graduated from LCS. The oldest, Lori, a fourth grade teacher in the Judson ISD, lives in Seguin. Stephen and his wife Sara, live in Houston, and the youngest child Tim, lives in Seguin. Both Stephen and Tim are pursuing a career in criminal justice. Mary has also been blessed with a grandson, Ethan Jacob, who gives the family much joy and happiness. This will be Mary's 11th year with Lifegate Christian School and her 4th year as the librarian.
Cindy Odom	Our receptionist and “gate keeper” at LCS. She has been a part of the school from its beginning. She is married to Bob and has been a pastor’s wife for the past 34 years and is the mother of two daughters: Evangeline is a kindergarten teacher at Harvest Academy in Houston and Rose. She loves being a pastor’s wife and mother and enjoys being at Lifegate. Cindy loves working with children and seeing them grow. She is convicted about helping your children be all they can be in the Lord.
Sandy Turner	Mrs. Turner is in charge of morning and after-school care. She is also our fulltime custodian and has all lunch duties. This is her seventh year at LCS. She is married to Robert and is the mother of two children: a daughter 23 and a son 14. Sandy became a grandmother in February of 2004 and loves spoiling Caitlyn.

First Feve Cantu	Mrs. Cantu will return as first grade teacher. This is her tenth year at Lifegate. She graduated from Wayland Baptist University and is certified by the State of Texas. Her husband, Gilbert, is Pastor of Primera Iglesia Bautista in New Braunfels, and they are parents of four sons and two daughters-in-law. Last December, they celebrated the birth of their first grandchild, Jonas.
*Second* Dawn White	Mrs. White is entering her first year teaching second grade at Lifegate Christian School. Mrs. White was raised in Seguin and graduated from Seguin High School in 1997 as a Matador Scholar. She went on to earn her Bachelor's degree at Southwest Texas State University in 2002, specializing in Early Childhood. Mrs. White is married to Allen and they have a son Cody who has attended Lifegate Christian School since 4th grade.
*Third* Jennifer Hines	Mrs. Hines was born and raised in San Antonio, graduated from Texas Lutheran College magna cum laude in Elementary Education with a specialization in Kinesiology in 1990 and has taught at Lifegate for 20 years. Jennifer is also on the education committee. She and her husband Will have two children, Beau is in 7th grade and Cody is in 3rd at Lifegate. Jennifer is also varsity volleyball coach.
*Fourth* James Etta McKnight	Mrs. McKnight has been a member of the Lifegate faculty for one year as fourth grade teacher. Mrs. McKnight is married to Alvoyd McKnight, Sr., and has taught in Seguin and San Antonio for the past 34 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Huston-Tillotson College, where she majored in elementary education, sociology and history. She has also done post-graduate work at the University of the Incarnate Word and Our Lady of the Lake University. Mrs. McKnight holds a teaching certificate from the State of Texas.

Rev. Bob Odom	He has been the pastor at Lifegate Church for 23 years. Bob graduated from Asbury College and received his master’s degree from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He has been married to Cindy for 34 years and they have two daughters.
John Rabon	Coach John Rabon graduated from Fort Stockton High School in Fort Stockton, Texas in 1966. In 1970 He graduated from Howard Payne University and attended Soutwest Baptist Tehological Seminary from 1970 to 1972. Coach Rabon has taught and coached at Star, Texas; Athens, Texas; Fort Stockton, Texas; Carrizo Springs, Texas; Luling Texas; and finally at Seguin ISD. He is currently the Coach and Athletic Director at LCS. Coach Rabon has served as Bivocational Pastor in Ireland, Texas; Star, Texas; Dal, Texas; and Kigsbury, Texas. He is currently a member od Lifegate Christian Church. Coach Rabon is married to Cindy Rabon and they have three sons John, 31; James, 26; and Austin, 7 (who currently attends Lifegate Christian School).
Laura Smith	Mrs. Smith joined Lifegate’s faculty last year and returns to teach High School English, Spanish and Speech. Mrs. Smith was born in Romania and has lived in the United States for four years. She is married to Travis Smith and they are proud parents of a beautiful baby girl, Bella, born last fall. Mrs. Smith received a bachelor’s degree in English language and literature and Romanian language and literature and is working on her Master’s Degree. She is fluent in four languages.
Ken Cramblitt	Ken Cramblitt joined Lifegate's staff after serving for 23 years in various engineering and management roles in the power industry. Mr. Cramblitt's last assignment in the power industry was as General Manager of an electric power plant. Mr. Cramblitt teaches mathematics and physical science for Lifegate High School. A native of Maryland, Mr. Cramblitt completed his Bachelor's degree in Physics and Engineering Science at Loyola College in Baltimore. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Environmental Engineering as well as a Certificate of Continuing Graduate Engineering Studies, both from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Ken, Valerie (his wife of 22 years), and their five children transplanted to Texas in 2001.
Vickie Williams	Mrs. Williams is in her third year at LCS. Mrs. Williams and her husband the parents of 17 daughters four of which have attended LCS. They are the grandparents of 2 grandsons. Mrs. Williams is a native Texan and is a Graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Special Education, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She has been teaching the public and private schools systems for 20 years. Mrs. Williams has had extensive training in science and mathematics for all levels of education. She has been honored with various teaching awards in the Harlendale ISD and Comal ISD. In addition to her ministry in a Christian School she and her husband run a home (Home of Family Warmth) for teenage girls that for some reason or another cannot be with their biological parents (thus, 17 daughters). Mar and Mrs. Williams are active members of Dayspring Christian Fellowship in New Braunfels. Mr. Williams serves as a research assistant to the senior pastor. Mrs. Williams serves as a member of the worship team, and they both serve as a member of the missions board. Mrs. Williams goal for LCS is the make a safe, fun learning environment for your children while offering a model of Godly walk with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Leslie Akin	Mrs. Akin was raised in Nixon, Texas. She has been teaching for 15 years and graduated from Baylor University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a specialization in Reading for grades 1-8. Mrs. Akin is also and ICAA commissioner and a member of the ICAA Task Force. Mrs. Akin is the daughter if Mr. and Mrs. Ashley Turberville of Nixon, Texas. She is married to Brad Akin and has two children Matthew (12) and Mary Claire (5). Mrs. Akin currently resides in Stockdale and is a member of the First Baptist Church in Stockdale. She loves to read, play the piano, travel and teach the children of Lifegate Christian School.
Sylvia Tostado	Mrs. Tostado is in her eighth year teaching at Lifegate. She has taught kindergarten for the past five years, but will teach our High School Girls’ Bible Class while continuing her education at Baptist University of the Americas. Mrs. Tostado is married to Joe Tostado and have three children, two attending Lifegate, and two grandchildren. She attends Primera Iglesia Bautista in New Braunfels and serves as President of the Hispanic Women’s Missionary Union. Mrs. Tostado will also assist as a cheerleading coach.
